Choosing the right nail for the job

There are so many alternatives when it comes to choosing the proper fasteners for the job. Every manufacturer is competing against each other, trying to show how good their products are. But how good they really are, only time can tell.

We are “Litnaglis” – a professional nail manufacturer, and we are in this business for more than 20 years. We produce machine-quality nails for various construction works and wooden pallets.

Our nails are compatible with the most popular nail gun brands on the market, so it makes no difference in which of the nail guns you will use such nails.

One of our popular products is plastic strip collated nails.

Plastic strips are well known for their durability. The nails easily fit into the nail gun and are ergonomic, which increases productivity.

Our plastic strip nails come at a 21°. You can choose which diameter, length, nail type, or coating you want.

While plastic strip nails are the perfect choice for framing, our plastic sheet coil nails are the best option for flooring and siding.

During nailing, the nails easily detach from the plastic strip. Working with such nails becomes much simpler and cleaner because the plastic is ejected out through a slot in the front of your coil nailer instead of being driven down with the nail, so no extra scraps are sticking out from underneath the nail.

Typically, such coils can hold from 50 to 300 nails.

Plastic sheet coil can be either 0° or 15° angle, counter-clockwise or clockwise.

A duplex nail is a two-headed nail that is a replacement for common nails used in formwork. Before the invention of duplex nails, common nails were widely used in form building. Today, duplex nails are most commonly used in temporary construction, such as building wooden scaffolding, formwork, or temporary wall braces. The nail is hammered only to the first head leaving a gap with the second so the nail can be easily removed using a hammer or a pry bar.

Durability, reliableness, less reloading, these factors perfectly describe our wire collated nails. The nails are held together by two thin wire strips and are slanted at a 16° angle. A wide variety of different nail finishes suitable for outdoor construction are available. Such a coil can hold from 50 to 200 nails which makes reloading less common and potentially saving time.

For manufacturing, we only use premium quality raw materials to make high-end products for the clients. Warm service, exceptional personal attention to the customer, a convenient logistics network, and high-quality standards make us one of the leaders in the nail industry in Europe.
